Returns & Exchanges

Roy Rose is so glad to have you as a customer and we want you to have an over-the-top jewelry shopping experience with us.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, feel free to return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date when you received your package.  Returned jewelry needs to be in its original condition; including gift and presentation boxes, tags, and cards, and not show any sign of wear, damage, or alteration. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns any other way.

 

 

Return process

Please note that returns received after 30 days are subject to a restocking fee.
Every effort, is made to insure that your merchandise is shipped in perfect condition. Kindly report any initial defects or issue with your order within 5 days of receipt for prompt speedy replacement. 

Report any damages or losses in transit to the carrier immediately. Or call us at 800-477-1595 to make any report on delivery issues.  We cannot be held responsible for damages or losses incurred in transit but we will help speed a replacement when necessary.

 
* Custom engraved jewelry can not be returned or exchanged. 

 

No refunds will be issued after 60 days.

Replacements, product exchange, and store credit will be offered on all items returned after 60 days. 

Final Sale items may not be returned after 30 days.

 

Exchange

You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date. Please contact our  customer support team at customeservice@royrosejewelry.com

 

How to Return an Item and What you need to Know

Please inspect all your items upon receipt for shipping errors or any manufacturing defects. Defective merchandise must be reported within five (5) business days of receipt.

In order to return an item, customers will need to fill out a return authorization form in order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Returns lacking a corresponding RMA may be delayed or returned back to the customer.

If the item is being returned due to a manufacturer's defect or because somehow there was an error and the wrong item got shipped, Roy Rose Jewelry will pay for all shipping fees. We will cover the shipping related to making the return for exchange or store credit.  

If the item is being returned for any other reason, the shipping fees related to the returned item are the customer's responsibility. This includes fees to return the item to our main office as well as fees related to shipping a replacement item to the customer, when applicable.

We advise all customers to return their items via a carrier (like UPS or FedEx) that provides a tracking number. Return shipments which are lost in transit are not the responsibility of Roy Rose Jewelry.com.

We inspect all returned items within 2-5 business days of receipt. Any item that is received in a condition which is not new or which does not include all of its original packaging, including gift boxes and certificates of authenticity, will be returned to the customer or charged a 30% restocking fee.

After the product's original condition has been verified, we will issue a refund, or store credit, or perform an exchange as necessary. Most refunds are processed within 3-7 business days of receipt.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Unless the item is returned due to a manufacturing defect or because we shipped the wrong item, the original shipping fees associated with your order will not be refunded.
