If you are not satisfied with your purchase, feel free to return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days from the date when you got your package. If the item is personalized we do not accept returns. Returned jewelry needs to be in its original condition, not show any sign of wear, damage, or alteration. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns any other way.




Please note that returns received after 30 days are subject to a restocking fee.


We strive to make sure that your merchandise is shipped in perfect condition. Please report any initial defects within 5 days of order receipt for prompt replacement.


Report any damages or losses in transit to the carrier immediately. We cannot be held responsible for damages or losses incurred in transit.
